Nandrolone phenylpropionate is a protein anabolic hormone with a strong protein synthesis effect, 12 times that of testosterone propionate. The androgenic activity is small, which is l/2 of testosterone propionate. It can promote protein synthesis, inhibit protein xenobiotics, promote calcium and phosphorus deposition, and bone tissue growth. After intramuscular injection of 100 mg, the plasma concentration reaches a peak at 1 to 2 hours, and the effect can be maintained for 1 to 2 weeks.

Pull-up movement Tips:
If you reach the stage where you can make a one-arm pull-up, you reach a world-class level of strength. As far as rally is concerned, you have nothing to ask for. But this does not mean that you have not practiced. We want to show you a few actions outside of the 10th style. If you use them correctly, you may actually improve your training level.
Now you are not lacking - every pull-up skill and detail that you need for life training. Now you just have to put them into practice. The rest of this video series has more exciting training plans and recommendations.
But if you want to truly become a one-armed pull-up god, you will want to know how to train the other side - the reverse action to train each muscle of the upper limb to perfection. Why do the bodybuilders misunderstand the pull-ups?
Since the pull-ups are so great, why do many trainers skip this action in their plans? Ok, there are two reasons.
First, many guys—whether fat or beginners—feel that conventional pull-ups are too difficult. These people may still be unable to pull their weight, so they will be intimidated by this action.
Conversely, many advanced bodybuilders think that the pull-ups are too simple: they can easily pull up their weight with both hands, so turn to the barbell exercise to add more weight.
Both of these views show a lack of awareness of upgraded gymnastics. When these trainers think of "push-up", they think of the regular standard pull-ups of the hands. In fact, the type of pull-ups is much more than this.
"Pull-up" is not just an action, but a "big family" of sports. Some of these actions are really simple, almost anyone can do it, even a pure newbie. Some are very difficult - much harder than conventional pull-ups - a few of the strongest on earth can do it.
