Cytokine mimetic peptide
Screening of cytokine mimetic peptides from peptide libraries using receptors of known cytokines has become a hot research topic at home and abroad in recent years. Antibacterial active peptide
When insects are stimulated by the external environment, a large number of cationic polypeptides with antibacterial activity are produced, and more than 100 kinds of antimicrobial peptides have been screened. In vitro and in vivo experiments have confirmed that multiple antimicrobial peptides not only have strong bactericidal ability but also kill tumor cells.  For example, the antimicrobial peptide D screened from silkworms has a good application prospect and can be produced by genetic engineering techniques. There are also a variety of active peptides in snake venom. A 13 amino acid (INKAIAALAKKLL) small peptide is isolated from snake venom, which has strong bactericidal ability against G+ and G-bacteria.

Simultaneously! You can also use it as an auxiliary training, warm-up group between groups, or a heavy weight rowing action to pick up the barbell for several light weight boating! The feeling of the back muscles is very rewarding!
How to do?
1. Select a barbell (both sizes) and grab both ends of the bar with both hands!
2. Standing, feet and shoulder width, hips sitting backwards (bending hips), the spine keeps the neutral torso naturally leans down
3 Use the back of the leg, the tension on the back of the hip to support the body (rather than the lower back), tighten the core muscles to stabilize the spine neutral! Avoid swaying during the action
