Winstrol - Stanozolol is a very commonly used anabolic steroid for cutting cycles. While many people will attempt to use Dianabol or even Anadrol for cutting cycles, Ive really never heard of anyone using Stanozolol for anything except a cutting cycle. Its a bit of a one-trick-pony in this respect. Let me repeat that: Stanozolol is a cutting drug. Not many people will argue for its use in a bulking cycle. Its certainly not a very effective compound for treating anemia (1) and thus, one could rightly assume that its role in bulking cycles is very limited. One novel use for Winstrol in any cycle (perhaps even bulking) would be to use it at a very limited dose, in order to lower SHBG. (2) One of the properties of Winstrol is its profound ability to lower SHBG much more than other steroids. A dose of .2mg/kg lowered SHBG significantly, which would in turn, raise the amount of free testosterone circulating in the body. As with 99% of steroids, however, its important to note that suppression of your natural hormonal levels will occur (though perhaps not to the extent that it will with many other steroids).(10) As with running virtually any compound, testosterone supplementation (i.e. running test in a cycle containing Winstrol) is warranted to avoid possible sexual dysfunction.
The oral use of stanozolol can also have a profound impact on levels of SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin). This is a characteristic of all anabolic/androgenic steroids, however its potency and form of administration make Winstrol particularly noteworthy in this regard. Since plasma binding proteins such as SHBG act to temporarily constrain steroid hormones from exerting activity, this effect would provide a greater percentage of free (unbound) steroid hormone in the body. This may amount to an effective mechanism in which stanozolol could increase the potency of a concurrently used steroid. To further this purpose one could also addition Proviron, which has an extremely high affinity for SHBG. This affinity may cause Proviron to displace other weaker substrates for SHBG (such as testosterone), another mechanism in which the free hormone level may be increased. Adding Winstrol and Proviron to your next testosterone cycle may therefore prove very useful,, markedly enhancing the free state of this potent muscle building androgen.
Effects of Winstrol:
Although used to stave off lean tissue wasting, Winstrol is not what we’d call a bulking steroid. You will rarely find this steroid in an off-season mass gaining stack. However, it could be used in an effort to enhance the activity of the other steroids being used due to the strong SHBG reduction it will provide but this is generally not recommended. When we dive into the side effects of Winstrol, we will find it is very hepatotoxic and use should be limited to when it’s most valuable. For the male athlete, this will not be during the bulking phase.

Don't keep doing the same training action
Don't train alone
Having a training partner should not be an option for every bodybuilder. If you could have a training partner, but you don't often train with him, I strongly recommend that you still find a training partner to train with you. Maybe you don't need someone else to yell in your ear to motivate you. But there are always some training moves. You can't safely use too much weight without the training partner's supervision, such as barbell bench press, uphill bench press, uplifting and so on.
Even if you have deep truss protection when you are deep, a training partner can give you more confidence to push more weight and do more repetitions. The best training partners are those who can compete with you at the training level and are friendly. Two people are not willing to overtake themselves, so that you can get the best results from each other.
Don't just train the strongest body parts
More willing to invest in things that are easy to see and gain, and not willing to put in effort on other things that seem insignificant, this is just a human nature. Many people fall into the trap of spending a lot of time and energy on training those parts of the body that have good feedback, rather than spending a little time on more stubborn parts of the body. In the long run, such an approach will result in an increasingly large difference in physical imbalances, leading to some areas that have been distributed, while others have been painfully left behind.
Assuming you don't want to do this, it takes a lot of effort to maintain your more powerful area, and don't put too much effort into it, while at the same time taking some extra work for the weak body parts. In this way, your strong body parts will of course not gradually retreat, but you only need to give your weak parts a chance to develop, you may also be surprised to find that they are capable of growth.
Don't train your legs and waist
