Product description:

Testosterone Enanthate is one of the oldest and perhaps the most commonly used anabolic steroid of all time. Testosterone Enanthate is a slow acting release form of the testosterone hormone and would be the first large/long ester testosterone form used. Synthetic testosterone itself would be developed in the 1930's. The first batches of testosterone manufactured would have no ester attached (Testosterone Suspension) and needless to say would be fast acting and require very frequent injections. In 1937 the first ester controlled testosterone would hit the market thanks to Schering and their new Testosterone Propionateproduct. This would allow for more control over the testosterone hormone by regulating its time release. However, in the early 1950's a larger ester in Enanthate would be attached to the hormone thereby slowing down the hormone's activity even more. Testosterone Enanthate would become the dominating testosterone form in the medical field and Testosterone Cypionate would join a few years later. The difference in Testosterone Enanthate and Testosterone Cypionate is largely inconsequential.

After the deltoid muscles!

In the shoulder exercise! The posterior shoulder (Posterior deltoid) has been ignored!

Because it is located behind the body, it is not the so-called facial muscles! Everyone focused on the anterior chest muscles and deltoid anterior bundles! Practicing chest madness is most likely to appear weak after the bunch

The weak back shoulder actually affects your posture! Special is very bad when you look from the side and back!

How do you exercise it?

Posterior to the deltoid muscle (pictured): The main role is extension, horizontal abduction, external rotation arm/shoulder joint

 

So in most of the pull action (rowing down) the deltoid back beam will participate! Just the role is small!

And we can use some small changes to stimulate the focus to the back shoulder!

Today is to introduce the prone wide barbell rowing! (Barbell Lying Rear Delt Row)

Different from traditional barbell rowing! This uses a wide grip and increases the angle of the shoulder abduction (the angle between the elbow and the torso tends to be 90 degrees) so that the deltoid back beam will be more involved!

The advantage of using a flat stool is that you don't let your body shake and avoid using external forces. Let you reduce the possibility of cheating! Let you focus on muscle feeling

Since the body is lying directly on the chair, the lower back is responsible for the stable movement compared to the bowing of the boat. The lower back pressure is relatively less.


Action process:

Prone on the flat stool, grab the barbell with a wide grip, sink shoulders, arms open to both sides, the arms tend to be parallel to the ground, the elbows are bent at 90 degrees, the arms tend to be parallel to the ground, and the elbows cannot exceed the shoulders. .

 

Pull the barbell up at the elbow, pull the handle back to the elbow joint and the back flush, then revert to the arm and bend it slightly. Don't completely relax, the movement should be controlled to avoid injury.

Avoid losing control of the shoulder blade during restoration. Focus on the back side of the shoulder and experience the feeling of a slight soreness in muscle contraction.

Repeat each group 12-15 times, then rest for about 1 minute, then do the next group. Each training completes 3-4 groups.

 

Points to note:

 

1. When you pull up, think about the contraction of the back of the deltoid muscle, not by shaking your body. When pulling up, the waist and abdomen should be tightened, and the torso should not be shaken as much as possible to maintain balance.

2. Note: When pulling up, do not hold your arms with your arms. There should be a distance. The back is fully extended and the upper arm is pulled up as high as possible.
